Symplicity CSM - A one stop shop for careers
In the heart of Milan, Italy, Università Bocconi is considered one of Europe’s leading education institutions specialising in economics, management, finance, politics and policy analysis, data science, and law. Established in 1902, Università Bocconi enrols nearly 15,000 students and is consistently ranked as the best university in Italy and one of the best in the world.

Bocconi is a trusted Symplicity partner, enhancing its students’ employability through its dedicated view and user experience for alumni and employer relations features which “proved to be extremely useful,” said Alessio Cardinale (Internships coordinator, Markets & Partners).
Bocconi initially adopted Symplicity CSM for CV Books and to streamline processes, but in the last two years, has expanded its utilisation of CSM, predominately with the addition of virtual career fairs.
Bocconi hosted six virtual career fairs during the 2020-2021 academic year, each focused on a particular industry sector. With over 38 employers attending each event, student involvement has been high. CSM queuing system that makes it easy for one-on-one interactions between employer and student during a virtual fair, along with the UX design of the platform that is easy to navigate for all parties.
CSM’s virtual career fair module has enabled Bocconi students to connect with international employers, increase employability, and set students up for success.
