Part of Symplicity's Brisbane, Australia team, Sav Gupta has been working in higher education since 2019. Prior to joining Symplicity as a client and implementation manager for Advocate and Access, Sav was at The Australian National University and the University of Queensland designing and delivering programs focused on student wellbeing and career development. Sav’s contribution to the international student community at ANU was recognised by the Community Champion of the Year award (2023) from Australian People of Color (APOC) and Best Student Welfare Program in 2020 from the Council of International Students Australia (CISA).

Sav’s journey with higher education began as an international student in Australia. During that experience he was inspired to make a positive impact on students’ lives by helping them navigate their education experiences.

Sav has a Master’s of Applied Anthropology and Development form the Australian National University and a Bachelor’s of Engineering form Amity University in India. When they’re not supporting clients, Sav leads an active lifestyle through yoga and exploring Australia’s beautiful outdoors through hiking and camping. He is also passionate about living a sustainable life.
