Lisa Allen lives in Monticello, Ill. helping clients navigate CSM as a Product Support Specialist. Lisa has graduated from Bradley University with a B.S. in Marketing and Retail Merchandising going on to get her MBA with a concentration in Management. Her higher education experience began as a resident advisor her sophomore year of college, “Being part of residence life quickly became the best and most rewarding part of my college experience.” She went on to pursue her Master’s in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University. Lisa joins Symplicity from Eureka College (most famously known for being Ronald Regan’s alma mater), where she was for 18 years, most recently as the Housing Operations and Health/Wellness Director. At Eureka College, Lisa served in various roles supporting students where, during her tenure, Lisa assisted with Student Activities, Retention, Greek Life, Orientation, Career Services, and all things Covid-19 related.
At Symplicity, Lisa is extremely excited to still be working with professionals in higher education, utilizing her past experience to better connect with clients as she understands the stresses of working in higher education today. “I am excited to assist people with CSM and helping them to learn different areas of the system and do new things to make the most of their limited time,” Lisa said.” When not supporting CSM clients, Lisa spends most of her time chasing around her son Bradley (named after her alma mater) and helping him explore new interests and things to do. Lisa and her partner love kids and have also recently gotten their foster care licenses and are excited to support children in this way.
