Amy Bechtum joins Symplicity with more than 20 years of professional experience in higher education at large four-year institutions and community colleges. Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and her Master’s degree in education (SAHE) from Colorado State University. Amy's professional experience stems from her time working in career development, employer relations, campus/community partnerships, strategic planning, and DEI work.  A Midwest transplant, Amy has embraced Colorado living, but you can often find her planning her next trip abroad!
