Frequently Asked Questions

What will be the cost for registration?

We are planning for costs to be the same or similar to last year's event with an Early Bird rate around $99 and a Regular Registration around $149. If you are thinking about bringing multiple staff from your institution, email ajordan@symplicity.com about group discounts.

Will there be a virtual or hybrid option for CSM Symposium '23?

CSM Symposium '23 will be offered only as an in-person event however our client support team will still continue to hold regular training and release webinars that we encourage all to attend. Additionally, some files may be added to the Symplicity Help Center post event.

Is there a limit to the number of staff from an institution that can register for this event?

We welcome any and all staff from our client institutions to join us. If you have a large group, please email ajordan@symplicity.com about group rates.

Is there a deadline to register?

We recommend registering early for this event to take advantage of the early bird rate and due to limited space, however there is no final deadline to register.

When can I see the full agenda?

We will publish and send out the full agenda in the spring.

Can I transfer or cancel my registration?

Requests for registration transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing to ajordan@symplicity.com by May 28, 2023. There are no fees to transfer a registration but if you cancel outright, you may be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

In the event that CSM Symposium '23 is cancelled due to COVID-19, we will automatically refund all attendees for the full amount paid.
