What is it?
The Candidate Pipeline dashboard is new in the Analytics module. It provides a centralized view of candidate sources, demographics, and their progression through the recruitment process. The data is visualized in an easy-to-digest manner, helping recruiting teams work more efficiently and effectively. Within the dashboard, recruiters can quickly answer questions such as:
- How long are we taking to hire candidates? Are we moving quickly enough or is there a bottleneck anywhere in the candidate pipeline that needs to be addressed?
- Are we receiving applications from a diverse group of candidates? Are we hiring a diverse group of candidates?
- Which schools have the highest applicant-to-hire conversion rates? Which schools should we focus more of our resources on?
