Symplicity® Corporation, a global leader in student employability, student wellness and success, is delighted to welcome the National College of Ireland (NCI) to its CSM network. This collaboration marks a major step forward in NCI's commitment to empowering students and graduates to achieve career success in an increasingly competitive job market.

As one of Ireland's most respected institutions, NCI has a proud history dating back to 1951. With a student body of over 6,000, NCI offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs and is renowned for its strong focus on employability.

Symplicity CSM will provide NCI with a comprehensive platform to enhance graduate employability and career development. The solution will empower students to connect with employers, explore career opportunities and develop the skills they need to succeed in the competitive job market. Symplicity CSM will provide data-driven insights into student outcomes, allowing the college to track employment metrics and refine its career services even further. This ensures NCI continues to lead the way in providing cutting-edge career support.

NCI went live with CSM in September 2024 and has already begun to leverage its multiple features such as pathways, the student mobile app, workshops, attendance tracking for events, and the job board, among others.

In just the first 15 days, there were more than 1,200 logins, and NCI is looking to increase that over the coming two-to-three weeks.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Symplicity to drive employability of our students. At NCI, we've always been dedicated to preparing students for success beyond the classroom. Symplicity CSM will empower us to provide even more personalised career support, helping our students and graduates confidently navigate their career paths and connect with meaningful opportunities.”
