We updated Advocate this week. Here’s what’s new to the student conduct and behavioral intervention platform.
Case Sharing
We listened to your feedback, and are very excited to release our new Case Sharing tool. Managers can now select Incident Reports to be shared with requesting institutions, so all necessary offices across institutions can stay informed.
Security Report Enhancements
We’ve added more search capability to the keyword filter and a ‘hover over’ to quickly view report contents.
Secure Import
Managers can now securely upload and temporarily store a file within the Import module for quicker access to other users.
CARE in GME
Our popular CARE module has been added to Advocate GME. GME users can now create reports regarding employees and students of concern, and create meetings, letters, action plans and more.
**Reporting 2.0 (Preview) **
We revamped our Reporting module across products, and so far, the feedback has been outstanding. Managers can now opt-in to build more detailed reports with ease through wizards, tutorials, speed improvements and visualizations.
