Careers by Symplicity is a strategic job-searching app designed especially for students and recent grads. With this app, users can organize, manage and track all job searching activity in one place. Specifically, Careers by Symplicity allows students to see announcements, search and apply for jobs, RSVP for workshops and information sessions as well as schedule interviews.
Symplicity Recruit On Campus is an easy-to-use app for recruiters that allows them to research, vet and engage with candidates in a streamlined, efficient and organized manner. In particular, Symplicity Recruit On Campus enables recruiters to scan student resumes via QR codes, rate candidates through comment, sorting and tag features, share candidate feedback with colleagues and compile information from past, current and future events.
