Students may be unaware of your specific competency goals, so we provide an engaging skills matrix for students to reflect on each co-curricular experience within the context of the institution’s assessment and professional accreditation requirements.
The skill matrix’s step-by-step interface (with color-coded completion status) allows students to provide detailed information about each experience, highlight skills (creativity, critical thinking, leadership, etc.), identify learning outcomes, and upload or link to related artifacts.
Artifacts may include documents, presentations, videos, drawings, and more (essentially any type of electronic file, small and large). Information and related files submitted by students may be immediately verified and/or approved by faculty and staff.
Full integration with campus technology
Between classes, studying, jobs, and social activities, students are always on-the-go. Our integration services ensure that they may conveniently access their account and that all relevant information is centralized right off the bat.
We integrate with student portals and authentication directories via CAS, Shibboleth, and LDAP so that students can access their account seamlessly by clicking on a portal channel and/or keying in a College ID and password.
Our automatic dataflow ensures maximum ease-of-use and client satisfaction as we pre-populate student information (from SCT Banner™, PowerCampus™, PeopleSoft™, etc.), class schedules, internship and co-op history, student group membership, resumes, transcripts, pictures, and more.

When designing their portfolios, students can choose from a series of student-inspired portfolio layout options. Students can then choose which artifacts to include, which are paired with respective experiences and indexed in an attractive thumbnail/icon gallery.
Our portfolio privacy options allow students to password-protect and invite only specific peers, faculty, advisers, and employers to view their portfolios. This way, students are in full control of who views their portfolio and when!
Transcripts that go beyond grades
As colleges and universities look for innovative ways to highlight student success stories, official co-curricular transcripts that chronicle academic, experiential learning, and other activities are becoming more popular.
Our co-curricular transcript tools allow you to batch-generate an unlimited number of documents with a click, and our customization settings allow you to choose how experiences are displayed – sorted chronologically, grouped by type, etc.
Transcripts may also include an official university seal and signature that illustrates the document’s professionalism and demonstrates authenticity.
