Online chartering process
Make your process completely paperless! By using Community’s customizable form editor, your registration and chartering process can be made available online. Additionally, the system allows you to define required items to close the loop on incomplete applications. After implementing Community, you’ll never want to go back to paper again.
Polls, elections, and surveys
With integrated polls, elections, and surveys, your organizations can receive feedback with the click of a few buttons. Easily setup multiple polls and define the target audience using an intuitive tool. Additionally, the system supports automated e-mail reminders to constituents reminding them to vote prior to a poll closing.
Roster and member list management
Organizations can easily manage their membership rosters and categorize student involvement. Community allows group leaders to track former members, prospective members, and current members through the integrated roster functionality. Additionally, invitations and e-mail messages can be sent to the member list without hassle. Integrated mail-merge fields also allow group leaders to “personalize” each message.
Group budgeting
Track accounts, transactions, and balances with the built-in budgeting component. This module allows organizations and student government to track allocation requests, transaction requests, and the status to ensure timely payments.
Campus system integration
By integrating Community with other campus systems, student biographical data, photos, and much more can be transferred seamlessly in the background to prevent duplicate data entry.
Event management
The integrated calendar function allows students to see up-to-the-minute information about the events currently scheduled on campus. The integrated event request form makes event submission a breeze for students and staff. Customizable routing, workflow, and approvals ensure that the appropriate people on campus are notified about events.
